Thank You for considering Really Graphic to do your website.

You’ll find it’s a considerable amount of work to prepare your company’s materials for the website I construct for you. I am like your company’s free lance graphic designer. However, since I deal with a wide variety of businesses, I’ll need to learn about your business, as well as have you to supply the raw materials, and other necessary information, so I may compile them into an esthetically pleasing, easy to navigate website.

These questions will help guide me in the design of your website. Please provide as
much of the requested information as possible. When completed, you can email it to me at:

I will need any files relevant for the creation of your site, including but not limited to:

• Raw logo files – in .ai, .psd, or .png format are most desired.
• Digitized or hard copy, scan able files. With attachment to indicate
caption (if required) and web page it’s to appear on.

• Any other pertinent information, photos, etc.

TEXT

• You must set up a separate Word processor or HTML file for each Web page. Use this work sheet to indicate which file names correspond to which Web pages.

• We prefer Microsoft Word or an HTML document, though we can convert a wide variety of file types.

• Please don’t send us a draft of your text. Send us your final version. While we expect to make minor changes here and there after the Web pages are prepared, we charge extra to format and insert brand new text. Most word processors allow you to count the approximate number of words, Web pages that contain more than 1,200 words may be subject to additional charges, especially if they require a good deal of formatting.

GRAPHICS

The quality appearance of you Web site has a lot to do based on the photos or graphics you choose for your Web pages. Clipart can be used, but tends to make the pages look amateurish. Photos are probably best. I am proficient at Flash, and special effects can be added for an additional fee. ( animation, slide shows, video, sound, etc.)

You may send graphics to us in either digitized form or hard copy photos which I can scan. Prepare captions for each photo. (if required) You may attach a post-it note to the photo/art indicating which page it’s associated with.

If you need me to prepare specialized graphic elements in addition to our custom site graphics package, please explain clearly, and I will contact you to obtain greater detail and go over any additional charges that may apply.

You may select high quality stock photos for your pages from the Internet. Usually a reasonable fee will apply for licensing to use their photos on your site.

I am proficient at Photoshop and can improve the looks of images you may already have, however, additional charges will apply.

Please give serious consideration to the above. It will enable me to get a rough draft of your site together as soon as possible, plus perhaps save you money in the long run. The price you’ll be quoted enables you to make only 1 design change BEFORE publishing to the web. For any other changes, or changes after uploading to the web, additional charges will apply.
